3 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup grapefruit juice
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp cream of tartar powder

I used to have electrolyte trouble a lot, but this recipe works for me.  I like it after exercise.</description>
